.JKD fighting methods Workshop. Conducted By Ron Kosakowski Sunday, March 6th 4th 2010, 10:30am to 4:00 pmLunch break for one half hour (it would be best to bring a lunch)Everyone knows by now that Jeet Kune Do has some very unique training and fighting methods that are very sneaky and work very well. At this workshop, the will focus on these unique training and fighting strategies of Jeet Kune Do that will give you the reflexes to pull off the kicking, boxing and trapping tactics you will learn. Originally founded by the late Bruce Lee, Jeet Kune Do was, and still is an innovative idea based on simplicity in the use of technique based on ideas taken from various other martial art styles. Learning and training the tools you will learn is the only secret of Jeet Kune Do. Learning how to train these tools is what this workshop is all about. For self defense purposes, this will help you understand how to defend your self in some very difficult street fighting situations that much better. As for MMA fighters, this workshop will definitely help you understand your game that much better. This workshop is highly recommended for MMA fighters. Knowledge is power as long as you know where, when and how to pull off that knowledge! Jeet Kune Do developmental skills are very valuable to those looking to have a complete understanding of survival skills for most types of combat situations! Male or female; regardless of size or strength, you will not want to miss this opportunity to learn and train in this particular workshop!

Here is the predetermined schedule for the upcoming workshop: *Sunday, March 6th, 2010 – Jeet Kune Do workshop time 10:30 am - 4:00 pm Certificates of participation will be given out at the end of this workshop. For people looking to move up the ranks of Jeet Kune Do/Integrated Grappling Systems (JKD/IGS), this certificate will be accredited toward your training to achieve that stage of progression. If you are not already an JKD/IGS student whether long distant or local, call Ron Kosakowski if you need more information on that on how you can learn more about this area of fighting!
