Submission Workshop

For those of you
who would like to learn Take downs as well as take down counters, this is a
workshop you will not want to miss out on. This will also be a great workshop for those
interested in learning more about a good tactical approach to leg locking as
well as many other types of submissions from various grappling styles. You
will also learn how to be deceptive, maintaining tight position and controlling
your opponent on the way to submissions. Various chokes, arm-bars and all
different types of leg-locks will also be shown. If you are doing submission wrestling
tournaments, this is the workshop for you.
Great news for Law Enforcement
personnel - this submission wrestling workshop is also very good for any type of
law enforcement personnel looking to understand grappling and controlling an
opponent by means of any extreme necessary!
For self defense purposes, this will help you understand how to defend your self
in a very difficult street fighting situation that much better. As for Grappling
or NHB tournaments, this workshop will also help you understand your fight game that much
better!
Knowledge is power as long as you know where, when and how to pull off
that knowledge! Integrated Grappling Systems (IGS) developmental skills are very
valuable to those looking to have a complete understanding of survival skills
for any type of combat situation! Male or female; regardless of size or

Certificates of participation will be given out at the end of this
workshop. For people looking to go to eventually achieve Instructor Level. Each certificate will be

bring focus mitts (if you do not have focus mitts, they are sold at the PSDTC)
Also, try to bring any kind of
protective gear you have from whatever style you train in. You would be
surprised on what we use for training apparatus. Any headgear, bag gloves,
boxing gloves or, safety glasses will be good. The more gear we have around the
more action we have at this workshop.

kinds of protective gear, Focus
mitts, bag gloves and training
knives and sticks are all sold at the PSDTC
if you would like to have your own training equipment.
